Ayurvedic consultations

Ayurvedic consultations are combined with modern nutrition science and are held live (in Pula) or online. They consist of an in-depth interview and the process of creating personalized Ayurvedic recommendations and/or a diet plan, needed support, and follow-up via e-mail or phone call.

There are several types of consultations – please find the details below.

Ayurvedic consultations (live / online)

I. Basic Ayurvedic consultations

  • Interview up to 60 minutes
  • General ayurvedic guidelines
  • General seasonal guidelines for routine and nutrition in the form of an e-booklet
  • Price for the first arrival: 50,00 €
  • Price for each next arrival: 38,00 €

II. Ayurvedic consultations and diet plan

  • In-depth interview up to 90 minutes
  • Introduction to Ayurveda
  • General Ayurvedic and seasonal guidelines for routine and diet
  • A personalized diet plan for your constitution in the form of an e-booklet
  • Herbal therapy for your constitution (if needed)
  • Support – 30 days after the consultation
  • Price for the first arrival: 70,00 €
  • Price for each next arrival: 60,00 €

I. Basic annual package:

  • 4 seasonal basic Ayurvedic consultations
  • Four basic Ayurvedic consultations lasting up to 60 minutes for spring, summer, autumn, and winter (4x in one year)
  • Four e-booklets with general Ayurvedic and seasonal instructions for spring, summer, autumn, and winter
  • Price: 130,00 €
