Ayurvedic consultations are combined with modern nutrition science and are held live (in Pula) or online. They consist of an in-depth interview and the process of creating personalized Ayurvedic recommendations and/or a diet plan, needed support, and follow-up via e-mail or phone call.

- Four basic Ayurvedic consultations lasting up to 60 minutes for spring, summer, autumn, and winter (4x in one year)
